Kamstore Mystery?

fmd_good kamstore.hk

So I'm planning a trip to @HongKong and stumbled upon this Kamstore.hk place online – the pictures look insane, like a hyper-realistic video game. Seriously, aisles upon aisles of stuff. My question… more

It's a chaotic beautiful mess, that's for sure. Go in with a plan, even a loose one. Maybe focus on a specific floor or section – electronics? Cosmetics? Kitchen stuff? Otherwise, you'll just be overwhelmed. Don't expect to see everything. And bring a fully charged phone – you'll want to take pictures! Also, a reusable shopping bag – those plastic ones will kill the planet. And maybe some snacks. You'll get hungry. Seriously. It’s a marathon, not a sprint.

Haha, a marathon, you're not kidding! I pictured it more like a treasure hunt, but overwhelmed is definitely the word. Good call on the phone and snacks – I'd have totally forgotten both. And yeah, reusable bag, good point. I'll probably need it for more than just my finds too, given how much stuff there is. Electronics it is then, thanks for the tip!

Kowloon Tsai Mystery

fmd_good Kowloon Tsai Sports Ground

So I'm heading to Kowloon Tsai Sports Ground next week for a football match. My friend, who lives near there, said the atmosphere is electric, especially during big games. But he also mumbled somethi… more

Yeah, your friend's probably not pulling your leg about the "lucky spot." Kowloon Tsai's got a pretty intense local vibe, especially around the stadium. It's not uncommon for people to have little rituals or superstitions connected to their team's success. Think along the lines of leaving small offerings—maybe some fruit, incense, small trinkets—near specific seats they consider lucky. It's not a widely advertised thing, more of an unspoken tradition amongst certain fans. Don't go looking for it actively, though. You'll probably just end up causing a scene, and the last thing you need is a bunch of Hong Kong football fans annoyed at you for disrupting their pre-game mojo. Just enjoy the electric atmosphere. The energy itself is the real "lucky charm". Have a great game!
