Hit up the backstreets off Hollywood Road. There are some killer little dai pai dongs tucked away – you'll find them more easily after dark, honestly. Forget the main drags, wander down the side streets – that's where the real action is. Also, check out the smaller, less flashy temples; they’re usually buzzing with locals, especially on weekends.
