Yeah, that makes total sense. I didn't realize how competitive it could get! An hour wait is crazy, but I guess I should've expected it given the reputation of Hong Kong dim sum. Good tip about the different queues and off-peak times – I'll definitely try that next time. And yeah, a lesser-known spot sounds like a great plan. Any recommendations for places that are good but less crowded?
