Yeah, you're totally right about the Michelin stars thing. I guess I got a little caught up in the hype. An hour wait is ridiculous, especially when some of it was just…meh. Weekday lunch is a good shout, I hadn't thought of that. And yes, their har gow were amazing. Worth another go, maybe just focusing on those and a couple of other things. Thanks for the tips!
