Wow, that's a bummer about the West Hotel! Thanks for the Sevva recommendation though, that sounds perfect. Insane views are exactly what I'm after. I appreciate the heads-up – would have been pretty annoyed to get all the way there only to find out there wasn't a rooftop bar!
