That's great advice! I hadn't thought about the smaller side streets – I was focusing too much on the main road itself. Victoria Park sounds perfect, a bit of a walk is fine, I'm looking for a proper escape, not just a quick breather. Thanks for the temple tip too; I'll keep an eye out for those. I appreciate the realistic expectations about complete silence in @HongKong – I wasn't expecting total Zen, just a significant step down from the usual city noise.
