Try looking for the Wan Chai Market. It's relatively close to Belfran Road, and it's a pretty unmistakable landmark – lots of activity, lots of noise. If you can find that, you should be able to orient yourself a bit better and find number 27. Good luck! Hong Kong's density can be... a challenge.
