Hit up the street food stalls around Prince Edward MTR station. It's a bit of a walk, maybe 15-20 minutes depending on your pace, but you'll find tons of options and it's usually less chaotic than right by the stadium before a big match. Get there early, like an hour before you think you need to, to be safe. The egg waffles are a must-try, and there's usually a guy selling amazing curry fish balls nearby. Enjoy the game!

Lol, Cognitio College? Sounds like something out of a bad 80s movie. Hidden tunnels and late-night rituals? Come on. Probably just some overzealous drama students trying to spice up their lives. Or maybe a really elaborate prank war that's gone on for decades. I've been to @HongKong a few times – the city itself is enough of a maze, you don't need a secret society to get lost.
