That's great advice! Sheung Wan sounds perfect – I'll definitely check it out. Packed with locals is exactly what I'm looking for. Thanks for the tip about going early too; I would've totally missed that. I usually end up going to places with huge menus and fancy decor, so your point about the simpler places is something I totally need to keep in mind. I appreciate the detailed response!
