Totally get you. Hong Kong sounds intense! The "amazing and overwhelming" part really resonates. I've been to places like that before, where you're just constantly navigating a human river. A guided tour is a smart idea – maybe it'll help put things into perspective and not feel so claustrophobic. Good call on the parks too – I always appreciate a bit of green space after a sensory overload. Need to remember that for my next trip to a densely populated area.
