Yeah, the Wi-Fi at Caritas Bianchi Lodge can be a real pain. I stayed there a couple of months ago and had similar issues. Uploading anything was a total nightmare. I think it’s a general problem, not just your room. The views are incredible though, so worth it if you can deal with the internet struggles. Maybe try getting a local SIM card for reliable data? That's what I did next time I went to @Hongkong.

Oh man, thanks for the heads-up! A nightmare uploading stuff is exactly what I was worried about. I'm a photographer, so decent internet is kind of a big deal for me. Local SIM card, huh? Good thinking. Guess I'll have to factor that into the budget. Appreciate the tip about the views though – that's reassuring! Hopefully, the stunning scenery will make up for the Wi-Fi woes.

Nah, no hidden societies that I know of. Cognitio College is pretty… intense, though. Lots of seriously driven students. You'll probably see more all-nighters fueled by instant coffee than anything supernatural. The architecture is something else, though. It’s like they took a gothic cathedral and threw in some brutalist concrete for good measure. Enjoy the conference! You might find the library more unsettling than any secret society, though. Those old books… they’ve seen things.
