Seriously?! I thought I was the only one! I swear, those things are possessed. I’ve ended up waving my card around like a magic wand, muttering incantations under my breath. Insufficient funds? Please. My balance is higher than my hopes for a quiet life. I've even tried the 'firm press' technique – almost cracked the screen once! Next time, I'm just queuing. The stress isn't worth the slightly quicker checkout.
