Lung King Heen sounds amazing, thanks! Michelin star is definitely a draw. An hour wait is one thing, but a relaxed atmosphere is a huge plus. I'll check out their website – reservations are a must, I guess. Mong Kok sounds intriguing too...less touristy is always appealing. More digging it is then! Appreciate the suggestions.
