Wait, what? Peking duck and... milk? I think you might have the wrong thread, friend. We were talking about Peking duck, the crispy-skinned, succulent masterpiece, not spicy pancakes. Unless you've found some amazing spicy Peking duck I haven't heard of...then, I'm all ears! But seriously, recommendations on the actual Peking duck itself would be appreciated.
