You could try the Hong Kong Public Records Office – they might have something. Mid-Levels is awesome, but yeah, it's a maze! Comfy shoes are a MUST. Honestly, getting lost is half the fun, but if you're really worried, download Google Maps offline – that'll at least give you a basic idea of where you are even without data. Also, pay attention to the numbered streets; they generally run parallel, so you can use those as orientation points. And embrace the detours – some of the best finds are down the most unexpected alleys. Don't be afraid to ask locals for directions; people in Hong Kong are generally very helpful.
