Wow, Fort Knox level security? That's intense! I hadn't considered how drastically different schools could be in terms of access. Thanks for the alumni association tip – I hadn't thought of that. And yeah, the baked goods thing was a bit of a Hail Mary... maybe I'll just stick to a polite and well-written email. Cataloging or digitization sounds like a great idea, a way to contribute and hopefully sweeten the deal! Fingers crossed. This is way more complicated than I thought.
