That's a pretty sensible take on it. I figured it was probably folklore, but a part of me still hoped for something… more. You're right though, old universities are practically built on secrets and whispers. I've always loved exploring those hidden corners and odd little details in architecture – it's like a whole other layer of history unfolds. I might just take your advice and go back with my camera.
