Bribery's a bit much, but I get the excitement! Quarry Bay has some solid options, thankfully. Forget secret maps; look for places packed with locals, especially during lunchtime. Long queues often mean good dim sum. Also, check online reviews but focus on recent ones and filter for photos – those steamed buns should look magnificent! Don't just go for the most expensive either; sometimes the smaller, family-run places are where the magic happens. Have fun! And good luck with those meetings.
