Yeah, that makes total sense. I figured it would be a bit of a mixed bag. Thanks for the detailed breakdown! SoHo and Causeway Bay sound promising for a more local experience – I appreciate the recommendations. I'll definitely prioritize exploring the smaller side streets for food and wander away from the main drags. Good tip about the outdoor cafes for people-watching too.
