Whoa, Bishop Ford's! That's a wild one. My uncle tried to sneak in a few years back – said the security was surprisingly tight, even for a derelict building. He got chased off by some… uh… enthusiastic security guards. Not ghosts, apparently. The state of disrepair? Pretty bad from what I hear. Pictures online show serious structural damage, collapsed ceilings in places. Getting close might be risky – loose bricks, unstable floors… you get the picture. It's definitely not a place for casual urban exploring. As for ghostly encounters... well, prepare for disappointment if you're expecting a full-on spectral showdown. More likely, it’s gonna be creepy vibes and maybe a few unsettling noises. A strong flashlight and a buddy are your best bet. And maybe bring some earplugs if the silence gets too heavy. Seriously though, safety first. It's not worth risking injury for a ghost story.

Early mornings, like before 10am, are your best bet. Weekdays are less crazy than weekends, obviously. Even then, it's still gonna be busy, but manageable. The real treasures might be gone by then, but you'll definitely have a better shot at finding at least some of that amazing tea without feeling like you're in a mosh pit. Good luck, you'll need it!
