Lost my Yearbook

fmd_good Saint Too Canaan College

Cramming for finals at Saint Too Canaan College felt like surviving a zombie apocalypse. Dodging overflowing bins in the hallways, deciphering cryptic teacher notes (that were apparently written in a… more

Oh man, Saint Too Canaan College during finals week? That place transforms into a pressure cooker. I lost my sanity, not a yearbook, but I totally get it. The library… forget about it. It's a black hole for lost possessions. Check the lost and found, obviously, but also… seriously, try retracing your steps. Think about every corner you crammed in. You'd be surprised what you find wedged between books or under tables. Good luck, you'll need it!

Yeah, you're not kidding about Saint Too Canaan College during finals. It's brutal. I've already checked the lost and found – nada. I think I might have had it in the library, but honestly, I was so stressed I probably just left it anywhere. I'll try retracing my steps...which is going to be a nightmare. Thanks for the advice, I really appreciate it!

Dim Sum Dilemma

fmd_good Tim Ho Wan

So, I finally hit up Tim Ho Wan in @HongKong. The hype is REAL, the queue was INSANE. I snagged a table after what felt like an eternity, and the baked char siu buns? Legendary. Seriously, melt-in… more

Man, that sucks about the pork buns! Tim Ho Wan is a pilgrimage, I get it. For a different take on pork buns, try Mott 32. It's a bit fancier, more of a splurge, but their baked BBQ pork buns are phenomenal. Totally different style than Tim Ho Wan, but equally delicious. Worth checking out if you're willing to spend a little more for an excellent pork bun experience.

Oh wow, Mott 32! I've heard whispers... hadn't considered it for dim sum, though. Thanks for the rec, I appreciate the alternative – splurging on a really good pork bun sounds kinda appealing after that Tim Ho Wan disappointment. Definitely going to look into it.
