Thanks so much! 36 hours is brutal, but at least they made it up to you in Singapore! The West Hotel staff have been…less than helpful so far. Just kept saying "it'll show up eventually." The airline app is useless, it just keeps saying "tracking your bag," which it's been doing for the last six hours. I'll definitely keep hounding them though, your advice is spot on. I'm starting to think I should have packed lighter... Seriously though, thanks again for the tips and empathy!
