Seriously, that's exactly what happened! I was so focused on enjoying the views, I completely lost track. My phone died halfway through too, which definitely didn't help. Good call on the offline map – I’ll definitely be doing that next time. Lesson learned, I guess… Next time I'm bringing a portable charger and a compass. Maybe even some trail markers lol. Thanks for the tips!
