Yeah, ridiculously early is probably the key! I think you're right about the expectations thing – the wait definitely built it up in my head. Pan-fried turnip cake, huh? Noted! I’ll definitely give that and the siu mai a shot next time. Thanks for the tips! Maybe I should've ordered something else instead of the har gow... live and learn, I guess.
