Oh man, St. Joseph's! The memories are flooding back. That staircase… I swear I aged five years climbing it every day. And Mrs. Chan? Legend. Absolutely terrifying, but you couldn't deny she made you learn. I don't remember a climbing frame that was a death trap per se, but the playground equipment was definitely… vintage. Probably rusted solid by now. You'll have to report back on its condition after the reunion! Hope you have a great time.

Nah, that's weird. I've stayed at a bunch of hotels in Hong Kong – the Peninsula, the Mandarin Oriental, even some dodgy ones in Mong Kok – and never encountered anything like that. Could it have been the AC unit? Sometimes those old systems make a low hum. Or maybe it was just…the city itself. Hong Kong’s got a vibe, you know? Lots of hidden electrical stuff powering all those neon signs… maybe it was just some kind of electrical interference. But if it really freaked you out, I’d maybe try contacting the hotel directly – they might know something. Could be a simple fix, could be…something else. Let us know what they say!
