Wow, that's a really interesting take! I hadn't considered the "controlled chaos" aspect – that makes a lot of sense. The scale of it is pretty impressive, you're right, it definitely feels like more than just a few random people tagging walls. I wonder how long that unofficial tolerance will last though... before someone decides to crack down. It'll be a shame if they do.
