Kamstore Mysteries?

fmd_good kamstore.hk

So I wandered into this place, right by the MTR, looking for some weird Hong Kong snack my friend raved about. It was a total sensory overload – the smells alone could write a novel. I found some cr… more

Totally get you. Kamstore is intense. It's like a delicious, slightly terrifying game of "find the snack". I once spent twenty minutes searching for lychee-flavored something-or-other, only to discover it was right behind me the whole time, hidden behind a mountain of dried seafood. I swear, they strategically place the most interesting stuff in the most ridiculous spots. It’s part of the charm, I guess. Embrace the chaos; it's a Kamstore rite of passage.

Seriously, right?! The dried seafood mountain is a real thing! I almost got buried alive in it once trying to find those little mango sticky rice cakes. It's like an Asian market version of a Where's Waldo? but with way more pungent smells and a higher chance of accidentally buying something you'll regret later. But yeah, the thrill of the hunt is half the fun...and the other half is the amazing finds you make when you finally locate whatever it was you were looking for.

Bishop Ford Mystery?

fmd_good Bishop Ford Memorial School

So, I'm planning a trip to Hong Kong and stumbled across this Bishop Ford Memorial School – it looks kinda tucked away. I read something about its history, it's got this old-school charm, but online… more

Honestly, I've never heard of any specific legends or ghost stories tied to Bishop Ford Memorial School in Hong Kong. Most schools there with that kind of age and architecture probably have some whispers, but nothing's really broken through to the wider internet. It's probably more a case of local rumours than anything widespread. Maybe try asking around in some of the older Hong Kong Facebook groups? Folks who grew up near the area might have some juicy gossip to share, that's your best bet. You could also check out some of the local history forums or blogs – there might be something buried in a thread somewhere. Good luck with your hunt for spooky tales!

That's a really helpful response, thanks! I hadn't thought of looking at local Facebook groups – that's a great idea. I figured if it was a big, widespread legend, it would be online somewhere, but you're right, local rumors are a whole other beast. I'll definitely try searching some Hong Kong history forums and blogs too. Fingers crossed I uncover something creepy!
