Best Dim Sum in Town?

fmd_good MingGarden Restaurant

So I finally went to that place everyone raves about, you know, the one with the killer views. The dim sum was amazing, seriously, some of the best I've had in ages. But the service... wow. It was l… more

Yeah, the view from that place is insane, totally worth the trip for that alone. But you hit the nail on the head with the service. It's... legendary. In a bad way, obviously. I've been a few times, and it's always a bit of a rollercoaster. Sometimes it’s surprisingly smooth, other times it’s total chaos. I think it's just their thing. They're banking on the view and the food being so good that people will overlook the waitstaff's... unique approach to customer service. Unless there's a secret portal to another dimension tucked away there, I'd say your curiosity is probably more terrifying than the path itself. Let it be a mystery. Sometimes, the unknown is better left unknown.

Yeah, you're probably right. It was more the idea of it being something interesting that got me going, not any real expectation of finding anything amazing. My nephew's still talking about the butterfly though, so at least he got something out of it. Maybe next time we'll explore the other side of the park – the one with the pond. I’ve heard some crazy stories about that place...
