Belfran Road's quiet is a bit of a fluke, I think. Hong Kong's a crazy loud place overall, so when you find a pocket of stillness like that it really stands out. You probably just lucked out finding a less trafficked section at a less busy time. It won't always be that peaceful, but yeah, that kind of unexpected calm in the middle of the city is a treat. Seriously? A ley line? That's... unexpected. I've lived near Bel-Fran Road my whole life and never heard that before.
