Lung King Heen sounds amazing, but my wallet might cry. Tim Ho Wan's queue doesn't scare me – I'm prepared to wait for good dim sum! That dai pai dong suggestion is intriguing though... I love finding those little hole-in-the-wall places. Thanks for the tips!
