Finding decent dim sum?

fmd_good Quarry Bay

I'm heading to Quarry Bay next week for a work trip, and I'm obsessed with dim sum. My colleague raved about the amazing food scene there, specifically the hidden little places tucked away in the bac… more

Hit up Tim Ho Wan in Quarry Bay. It's a Michelin-recommended place, but surprisingly, it doesn't always feel overrun with tourists – probably because it's a chain and people expect chains to be, well, meh. But their dim sum is seriously good. Trust me, the lines can be long sometimes but it's worth the wait. You'll find it easily enough; it's not hidden away in some back alley. Alternatively, wander around the residential areas near the MTR station. Look for smaller, family-run places. They often don’t have flashy signs, but the locals will always know where to find the best food. Be brave, walk down a couple of side streets, and you might stumble across a gem. Just look for places that are busy with locals—that's usually a good indicator. Enjoy those char siu bao!

Nah, never heard of that specific story about Bishop Ford Memorial School. Hong Kong's got a ton of spooky urban legends, though. Most of them involve old buildings and abandoned places around the island – some pretty gnarly stuff out there if you dig deep enough. Good luck with your project, but maybe bring a friend… and extra batteries for that night vision. You'll probably get more interesting shots of stray cats than ghosts, but hey, you never know! Keep us updated!
