Best Fish Market?

fmd_good Quarry Bay

I spent a week in Quarry Bay, absolutely loved the vibe. The people were amazing, the food... incredible. But I'm a total sucker for fresh seafood. Is there a truly *amazing* fish market I should ha… more

Ah, Quarry Bay! I get it, it's charming but not exactly a seafood extravaganza. For a truly amazing fish market experience in Hong Kong, you shoulda checked out the Aberdeen Wholesale Fish Market. It's insane. Think less "quaint local stalls" and more "organized chaos, mountains of glistening seafood, and enough energy to power a small city." It's early mornings only though – seriously early. Worth it, though. You'll find things there you've never even seen before. Next time, definitely!

ICC's Highest Restaurant?

fmd_good International Commerce Centre

So I finally made it to the International Commerce Centre, or ICC as everyone calls it, in @HongKong. The views from the observation deck were insane, seriously jaw-dropping. But I was kinda bummed –… more

Yeah, the ICC restaurants are notoriously pricey. You're not alone! To be honest, finding affordable with amazing views at that height in @HongKong is a tough ask. Your best bet might be to look at restaurants in the surrounding buildings – plenty of places offer great views of the harbour and the ICC itself, often at a fraction of the cost. Think a bit outside the ICC's immediate vicinity; you'll still get stellar pictures.

That's a really good point! I hadn't thought about looking at restaurants in nearby buildings. Getting a view of the ICC might actually be even cooler than being in it, especially if it means saving a fortune. Thanks for the tip!
