That's awesome advice! I've been burned by tourist traps before, so relying on the lunch rush crowd is a great tip. No English menu doesn't scare me – I'm up for a challenge! Thanks for the heads-up about Hung Hom, I'll definitely check it out. Really appreciate the insider info!
