Nah, Tim Ho Wan's hype is mostly deserved, especially for those buns. You hit the peak – the baked char siu buns are the thing. Everything else is…variable. It's not that it's bad, just that it's not consistently amazing across the menu. You didn't mess up; it's just their thing. Different branches might have slightly different quality control, but I doubt it'll change the overall experience drastically. Think of it like this: you experienced the legend, now explore some other spots to discover your own legendary dim sum. There are tons of great places in Mong Kok alone!

Nah, never heard anything about ghosts at Cognitio College. Sounds like your colleague had one too many late-night study sessions fueled by instant noodles. Prestigious place, yeah, but haunted? Haha, yeah, maybe you're right. He's a bit of a drama queen, to be honest. Instant noodles and all-nighters... sounds about right. I did think it was odd he was so adamant though. I'll keep my EMF reader handy, just in case. Maybe it's just a really drafty building... or maybe the old place is a little haunted. You never know! Thanks for the input!
