Solid advice! Ridiculously early it is then. I hadn't thought about the bandana trick, that's clever. And yeah, breaking it up with swims sounds amazing – much better than wilting under the sun. Thanks for the salt tablet tip too; I'm prone to cramping, so that's a lifesaver.
