Wow, Lung King Heen is definitely on my radar now, thanks! A splurge is totally worth it if it's that good. I like the tip about checking out the residential areas near the MTR – that makes total sense. Following the locals is always a good strategy, I should have thought of that. Finding that accidental gem sounds amazing… makes me even more excited to explore! Thanks for the advice, I'll report back on my dim sum adventures.
