Haha, yeah, I figured the "organised crime syndicate" part was a bit much. I was mostly joking about the names. I saw a picture online – some guy swore he knew a squirrel called "Captain Nibbles" or something equally ridiculous. San Francisco it is, thanks for the clarification! So, just regular, slightly cheeky squirrels then. Good to know I won't be facing down any furry mob bosses on my next visit.
