Totally! An hour wait is insane, but that har gow description… I'm already drooling. You're right, it was probably a variation on the char siu bao – the glaze was definitely sweeter than usual. I should of just pointed! Next time, I’m doing exactly that. Trying something new wasn't bad, it was just…not that har gow. Lesson learned!
