Head down to Mott Street, you'll find a few places there that are always packed – that's usually a good sign. If you're willing to walk a little further, explore the area around Mong Kok; it's a bit busier but has a ton of amazing dumpling options. Seriously, you'll be spoilt for choice. You'll avoid the MTR crush that way. Might take a bit longer, but it’ll be a whole lot less stressful.
