Yeah, three hours was insane! Totally worth it for the char siu bao, though. You're right, the menu was HUGE. I saw har gow and siu mai, but there were so many other things I didn't even know what they were! Next time, I'm going with a smaller group so we can order more variety. And yes, the queue... let's just say I earned my dim sum that day. Maybe I'll try a different place next time like you suggested; a dim sum crawl sounds fun!
