That's great advice! I hadn't thought about the local/tourist ratio – makes total sense. Higher prices and a wider variety on the menu are definitely things I'll be looking out for. Thanks for the tips, I'm heading to Hung Hom tomorrow and will report back on my dim sum adventure!
