Yeah, the wifi at Caritas Bianchi Lodge is notoriously unreliable. I stayed there a few months ago and had the same problem. Figured it was just an old system struggling with the number of guests. The views are amazing though, totally worth putting up with the frustrating internet. Maybe try using your mobile data as a backup? Or, you know, just enjoy the view and upload your pics later.

Go early. Like, ridiculously early. Before they even open. Seriously. I know it sounds insane, but the difference between showing up at 8 and 7:30 is night and day. Also, download their online form and fill it out beforehand – saves a bunch of time at the desk. And bring a book, not a potluck – those stories are true, unfortunately. You’ll need something to occupy yourself. Good luck! You'll need it.
