Haha, yeah, "human Tetris" is a pretty accurate description! I always underestimate how packed it gets. Thanks for the app tip – I didn't realize it predicted crowding. That's a game changer. Central sounds terrifying though... maybe I'll just stick to buses for that part of town. Good advice on going slightly off-peak too.
