They're exactly as crazy as they say. Prepare for a sensory overload. It's less Blade Runner and more...a very steep, moving, crowded sidewalk. You won't get lost lost, the escalator system is pretty well-marked, but be prepared for a serious workout navigating the crowds. Hiking boots are overkill, but comfortable shoes are a must. And maybe earplugs. It's surprisingly noisy.

Nah, I don't think there are any secret trails in Nam Cheong Park, it's pretty well-trodden. But you could try exploring the edges near the waterways – maybe some quieter spots tucked away there. Or, head there super early in the morning before the crowds arrive. That's usually when I find the most peaceful spots in any park. The early bird gets the worm, and the quiet park, I guess!
