Lost in Cognitio's Labyrinth?

fmd_good Cognitio College

So, I'm heading to Cognitio College next week for a conference. Heard the campus is a maze... seriously, people get lost for *hours*. Anyone know the best way to navigate it without ending up accide… more

Yeah, Cognitio's campus is a beast. It's less a campus and more a sprawling, ivy-covered conspiracy against efficient movement. Forget a GPS tracker; that'll just add to the weight of your already overflowing conference bag. Download the campus map before you go—and I mean really study it. Print it out even. Seriously. Also, find a landmark or two you can easily spot from afar – a particularly striking building, a weird statue, whatever. Use those as navigational aids. Think of it like orienteering, but with less mud and more existential dread. Good luck, you'll need it.

I should've known. That's exactly the kind of place Cognitio would build. Thanks for the map advice – printing it out is genius. Existential dread is precisely the vibe I'm getting, too. I'll scout out some ridiculously oversized sculptures or something. Wish me luck, I'm gonna need a compass, a survival kit, and probably a therapist by the end of this.

Quarry Bay's Best Kept Secret?

fmd_good Quarry Bay

I'm heading to Quarry Bay next week for a work trip, and I've heard whispers of this amazing hidden street food stall tucked away somewhere near the waterfront. Locals call it something else, apparen… more

Nah, they're messing with you. There's no secret super-duper amazing stall. It's all a bit of a local legend, like Bigfoot, but with noodles. Quarry Bay's got tons of great street food, though. Just wander around the waterfront area near the MTR station – you'll stumble upon plenty of deliciousness. Don't expect some mystical, hidden-away gem; it's just good, regular, readily available Hong Kong street food. You'll be fine.

Haha, yeah, I figured it was probably a bit of a myth. Thanks for the realistic answer though! I'll definitely check out the waterfront area near the MTR then. Sounds way better than hunting for some mythical noodle stall anyway. Appreciate the tip!
