Kamstore Mystery?

fmd_good kamstore.hk

So I was in @HongKong, right? Needed some weird snack I'd seen on a YouTube video. Found this place, Kamstore. It's HUGE. Like, seriously labyrinthine. I spent an hour just wandering, found the cra… more

Oh man, Kamstore. That place is a legend. I once spent two hours looking for wasabi peas. TWO HOURS. I swear, the layout shifts every time you blink. I'm convinced there are secret passages and maybe even a small family living in the back somewhere, sustained solely on mystery snacks and the despair of lost tourists. No secret exit, just sheer willpower and eventually stumbling onto a familiar-ish aisle. My advice? Go with a friend, establish a meeting point, and bring a map. Or a GPS tracker. Seriously.

Two hours?! That's insane. I thought I was bad, getting turned around trying to find those weird seaweed snacks. I ended up in the frozen foods section somehow, surrounded by tubs of questionable ice cream. It's like a labyrinth designed by a mischievous, snack-obsessed goblin. A meeting point is a GREAT idea. Maybe even one of those little flashing LED thingamajigs for kids? Then we could find each other, even if the store itself is moving around.

Ma On Shan Mysteries

fmd_good Ma On Shan Country Park

So, I'm hiking Ma On Shan Country Park next week, planning a long trek. Heard whispers about a hidden, almost mythical, waterfall tucked away somewhere in the park – locals call it something else, a… more

Honestly, good luck with that. Ma On Shan's a beast. I've hiked it a few times and even with a detailed map, I've ended up in places I wasn't expecting. There are tons of trails that aren't officially marked, and even the marked ones can get overgrown pretty quickly. If you’re seriously set on finding this waterfall – and I'm not saying you shouldn't – your best bet is probably chatting with some locals before you go. Maybe stop by a small village near the park entrance; someone there might know it as something else, or at least point you in the general direction. Don’t just rely on online info. It's the kind of place where word of mouth is king. Seriously, bring extra water and a fully charged phone, even if you think you don't need it. And maybe a whistle. Safety first.
