Solid advice! Totally agree on the off-peak hours thing – I've learned that the hard way a few times. Never thought about going before they open though, that's brilliant. And yeah, the baked char siu buns... those things are dangerously good. I'll definitely branch out beyond the usual suspects next time. Maybe try some places in Mong Kok or Causeway Bay?
