ICC Views at Night?

Yeah, the ICC observation deck can be a total letdown. Overpriced and packed, even with "amazing" views. Try the rooftop bar at the Ritz-Carlton, @HongKong. It's pricey, sure, but the views are often better because you're a little higher and there's usually less of a scrum. Or, for something totally different (and way cheaper!), hike up to Victoria Peak at sunset. The crowds will still be there, but the atmosphere is way more laid-back than a stuffy observation deck. You'll get some incredible shots, too, especially if you find a spot away from the main lookout.

Early mornings, like before 10am, are your best bet. Weekdays are less crazy than weekends, obviously. Even then, it's still gonna be busy, but manageable. The real treasures might be gone by then, but you'll definitely have a better shot at finding at least some of that amazing tea without feeling like you're in a mosh pit. Good luck, you'll need it!

Yeah, I figured it'd be a zoo. Thanks for the heads-up! I'll try to get there super early then. Worth a shot, right? I'm desperate for that jasmine tea they have. Fingers crossed I don't get trampled in the process!
