Solid advice! Yeah, the fancy places are a total time suck. I'd rather have tasty, fast dim sum than spend an hour waiting for a perfectly plated shrimp dumpling. Thanks for the tip about focusing on speed in the reviews – that's brilliant. My boss is a nightmare, so I need this lunch break to be efficient! Fingers crossed I find a hidden...well, not hidden, but a less obvious gem.
