Yeah, the wind up there is legendary. I remember almost losing my phone! I don't think there are any official windbreaks, just maybe some strategically placed pillars you could kinda huddle behind. It's all part of the experience, I guess...or maybe I'm just justifying almost getting swept into Victoria Harbour.

Go early, like ridiculously early. Before they even open. Seriously. That's the only way to beat the crowds. Or, try going on a weekday – a Tuesday afternoon, maybe? Even then, expect a wait, but significantly shorter. And, pro tip: don't order everything at once. Pace yourself, savor each bite. Dim sum is about the journey, not just the destination. The char siu buns are indeed legendary, but don't sleep on the har gow. They're usually a safe bet.
